Shipping and Returns
We are a small shop so please be patient with us as we pack your orders - we want to make sure everything gets to you exactly as you expected it! If you have any questions about your order, feel free to shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 12pm CST will typically ship out that same day and orders placed after 12pm CST will ship the following business day.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. During peak times and the holiday season, it may take up to 3 business days to pack and ship your order.
Orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping and returns.
Please contact us for shipping rates for international orders. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and duties applied to the order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process any return labels for International Orders, any order placed and shipped internationally will have to be returned at the buyer's expense.
We want you to love your items! You have 5 days to try on your purchases, and if they just aren't working let us know and we will provide a free shipping label for you to send it back in its original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. We check all items sent back to us for signs of wear and reserve the right to deny a refund for anything that’s not in new condition.
Barring any unexpected damage, we do not accept returns for fabric. Each order is custom cut for the customer, and cannot be re-sold.
Please allow 21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
